By accessing or using MapLead Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MapLead Pro provides a software-as-a-service platform that allows users to search for and collect publicly available business information from Google Maps, including business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and email addresses.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) to collected leads
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individuals
  • Resell or redistribute scraped data in bulk without our written consent
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Free plan users receive 3 searches. Pro plan users ($19.90/month) receive unlimited searches. Billing is handled by LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by MapLead Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you export from the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of scraped data. Search results depend on third-party services outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapLead Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
